Busy Trucking Company is Hiring Local Diesel Truck Mechanics out of Spokane, WA
Essential Duties:
Repair and maintain diesel trucks in a Fleet environment
Trouble shoot, diagnose, and repair engines, transmissions and electrical components
Preventive maintenance
Keep required maintenance logs
Repair trailers and reefer units
Must have experience as a diesel technician and tools
Class A CDL endorsement is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
Ability to work in an enclosed mechanic bay exposed to welding fumes and smoke, diesel exhaust and machine noise
Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions is required
Frequently lift using both hands/arms reaching, grasping and carrying, weights up to 30 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs., rarely up to 100 lbs.
3-5 years Diesel Mechanic experience is required
We offer $23.00 to $25.00 per hour and benefits package including employee purchase discounts on your first day; medical/dental/vision/prescriptions/disability/voluntary life insurance/accident/critical illness coverage first of the month after 60 days; 401k with employer match first of quarter after 6 months; paid vacation time and holidays after one year.
