Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of framing carpentry experience
Skilled in using Hand Tools and Power Tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in carpentry is beneficial
