Legacy Heating & Cooling is an up-and-coming HVAC company providing commercial services to the Inland Northwest. We are looking for Lead Commercial HVAC Installers to join our great team in Hayden, ID.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/hr, depending on experience and credentials

Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high-quality and timely job performance

Required Qualifications for Lead Installers:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Ability to pass a background screening

Minimum of 2 years of Commercial HVAC installation experience

Must have EPA Universal

Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems

Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps

Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings

General knowledge of sheet metal practices and fabrication

Ability to test and balance the HVAC system

Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers

Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.

NATE Certifications are a plus but not required.
