Maintenance Tech
Compensation:
- Wage: $18 to $28 an hour D.O.E.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for addressing an array of apartment and property maintenance duties. Apartment turns, work orders.
Essential Job Functions
Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following: light electrical, light plumbing, painting.
Position Requirements
Dependable able to meet deadlines, organized. Pass background check
Employee must be able to lift and or move, up to 100 pounds climb stairs work on ladders
Bend at waist and knees to lift boxes, appliances
Must have own tools.
