Established local business seeking full time sales representative to sell and manage installation of stair way chair lifts and other lift equipment. We do not employ aggressive sales tactics, nor cold calling to solicit sales. Applicant must be a team player who is self motivated and can work in a fast paced work environment. This position will be a primary point of contact for our customers. We will provide industry specific training.
Qualification:
Prior sales or customer service experience helpful.
Construction or project management background a plus, but not required
Detailed oriented and organized.
Possess above average verbal and written communication skills
Profession appearance
Computer skills including working knowledge of Word and Excel
Clean driving record a MUST
No criminal or drug use history - must be able to pass agency background checks
Job Description:
Answer incoming calls, return sales calls, follow up on supplier leads
Meet with clients to discuss lift options-in store and in homes.
Prepare cost estimates/proposals
Place product and parts orders with our suppliers
Occasionally, receive and process incoming freight
Manage sales from inquiry and proposal stage through installation and warranty registration
Coordinate customer service requests and repair requests with our field service team
