We are an I-502 grow looking to hire someone full-time to run our Packaging & Fulfillment Team.
This job requires a lot of multi-tasking and is extremely detail oriented.Your primary responsibilities will be working with the Sales Managers to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely, efficient and error-free manner. Your role will be responsible for managing all employees under you as well as collaborating and strategizing with other managers.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Order fulfillment in Cultivera software
- Daily inventory allocations of all products
- Scheduling and managing 3-6 employees
- Maintaining reliable and accurate inventory
- Email correspondence with transit companies for scheduling
- Working in Google Sheets, Docs & Calendar
Candidate Qualifications:
- Management experience
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to multitask at a high level
- Reliable and punctual on a daily basis
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
While we do not require any previous cannabis experience, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to work. Experience using Cultivera for order processing is a huge bonus.
