About the role:
We are currently seeking a talented Office and Marketing Assistant to join our small administrative team in our Liberty Lake office.
Schedule: 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing:
Talking to customers over the phone and redirecting calls as needed
Use multiple computer software's to edit documents, track customers, and communicate
Assisting with scheduling and confirming appointments
Managing social media accounts and digital marketing partners
Conducting and consolidating research including surveys and interviews
Creating and finalizing new marketing avenues
Required Skills:
Degree in marketing, business, etc. or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creativity
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office and email
Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
