We are looking to add an office administrative assistant to our team!
Piersol Construction Inc. has been in business for over 25 years!
This position is part-time, Monday through Thursday
Schedule may be negotiated depending on availability
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Filing, scanning, printing, and data entry
Organizing, maintaining, and updating files
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Hardworking, reliable, and professional
Excellent organizational and customer service skills
Microsoft office proficient
Must pass criminal background check
We are a drug free and smoke free company
Preferred but not required:
Construction industry knowledge
