Responsibilities and Duties:
- Order Entry- QuickBooks and PDM system
- Work with Estimating Dept. on parts
- Enter new parts into QuickBooks system
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Assist walk in customers
- Other Duties may be assigned when needed; i.e. - packaging, labeling,
Shipping
Qualifications and experience required:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent Customer service skills - Both via email and phone
- Well Organized
- Able to multi task
- Team Player
- Works well with others
Experience with QuickBooks a plus
Hours: M-F 7:30-4:00
