Duties:
-Assist with employee onboarding/orientation
-Coordinate schedules
-Monitor job progress
-Take phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate department
-Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- General assistant with Human recourse work, such as paperwork and information
-Supply Room stocking
- Ability to work 20 hrs. a week
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Strong communication and customer service skills, well organized and must be pro-active and a self-starter.
- Efficient skills, scheduling and tracking. Also, must be efficient in Word and Excel
- Proficient at record keeping, reporting, and documentation of work requests, change orders, processes, schedules, and expenditures using multiple computer processes
- Must be teachable, trainable and solutions oriented.
- Able to work well within a team or independently with little work direction.
