As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing crew members who perform general housekeeping services, maintain the cleanliness of the dining hall, ensure that all supplies are replenished, bus tables, and wash dishes. You will provide leadership and training to employees and fill in and model the performance of tasks when needed. Our Supervisors direct the work flow of team members, as well as support the Project Manager in facilitating schedules and breaks, providing skills training, and ensuring that the Skils'kin team is providing excellent customer service at all times.

Education/Experience:

Respect and empathy for individuals with disabilities is required.

High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Previous supervisor experience preferred.

Some food service experience preferred.

Current food handlers card or the ability to obtain one.

Other Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18+ years of age and have a safe driving record as determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Must be able to obtain a Federal Contractors Badge upon employment.

Dining halls are open nights, weekends and on holidays. This position will likely work nights and at least one weekend day and may work some holidays as well.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an hourly paid position.

Pay is issued every two weeks.

As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional health and welfare benefit per hour toward the employee's health and welfare benefits, plus paid sick leave and vacation.

Full-time benefits include: 401(k) retirement savings plan, major medical, dental, life & disability, vision, accident, critical illness, and hospital insurance.
