Team Leads Based at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA.

Full time schedule, development opportunities, work that has purpose

Monday through Friday

4:00 AM to 11:30 AM or

7:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Also 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM for Child Development Center / Federal clearance positions

In the role of a working Team Lead you will learn:

Directly from management the expectations required for success overall.

Proven processes and procedures and coaching techniques.

How to provide positive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

How to conduct quality inspections.

Safety protocols and reporting.

Education/Experience:

You must have empathy and respect for all individuals.

We prefer candidates with a high school diploma or GED.

We prefer commercial janitorial experience, but will train the right candidate in this area.

Other Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18+ years of age, and have a safe driving record determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.

Must be able to pass a Skils’kin pre-employment background check prior to hire.

Must be willing and able to provide information for, initially pass and maintain Federal facilities clearances as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an hourly paid position.

Pay is issued every two weeks.

As required by the Service Contract Act, Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K.

Service Contract Act employees benefit from 11 paid Federal Holidays off as well as earned vacation hours beginning after the first year of service.

Sick time is also earned.
