About the Role
We are one of the fastest-growing and largest dog waste removal companies in the United States, operating multiple locations throughout the Pacific Northwest. We also run Poop Scoop Millionaire™, the largest online community for pooper scooper business owners, hosted on Skool.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of customer acquisition across both brands — with a heavy emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
You’ll be responsible for driving recurring customer growth, improving CAC and ROAS, managing creative testing, and supporting funnel performance across email, landing pages, and paid search. If you’ve scaled Meta campaigns before and want real ownership without layers of red tape — this is that job.
What You'll Do
You’ll oversee all marketing across Swoop Scoop® and Poop Scoop Millionaire™, with a focus on paid acquisition, conversion, and retention. You’ll work directly with the founders to scale what’s already working — and build what’s missing.
Lead and scale Meta Ads (our top channel)
Oversee Google Ads & SEO performance and spend
Manage SMS and email remarketing flows to convert leads and reduce churn
Support offline marketing (e.g. truck wraps, QR codes, local offers)
Own the creative testing calendar — write copy and manage freelancers
Improve landing pages and funnels to boost conversion rates
Track and report on CAC, ROAS, CPL, and lead-to-sale performance
Build and manage email flows for PSM (a major missing lever)
Collaborate with the PSM Manager to align with our YouTube-driven funnel
Traits of the Ideal Candidate
Managed Meta ad budgets of $30K–$100K+/month with strong ROI
Understands local lead gen, subscription, or service-based business models
Writes high-performing ad copy and directs freelance creatives effectively
Confident tracking and optimizing CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
Experienced with CRO, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing
Self-directed, performance-focused, and outcome-driven
Comfortable working in-person on a small, fast-moving team
What Success Looks Like
CAC decreases or remains stable as ad spend scales
Sales velocity increases without sacrificing CAC:LTV efficiency
Remarketing (email/SMS) continues driving low-cost conversions
Conversion rates and ad efficiency improve month over month
Clean, actionable reporting on CAC, ROAS, CPL, and creative performance
