We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Assistant to join our remote team in Idaho. This is a full-time remote position offering a unique opportunity to learn the affiliate marketing industry from the ground up, with a clear path for professional growth and advancement. In this role, you will be a key part of our team, supporting affiliate program managers by maintaining strong relationships with partners, compiling and analyzing performance data, and assisting with various program management and growth initiatives. Affiliate recruitment list development
Affiliate program newsletter development and delivery
Weekly client call meeting agenda and recap summary
Compiling of weekly client reports for affiliate manager
Text links creation and upload
Creative uploading and removal
Performance data analysis and metric compilation
Affiliate application processing
Activation list creation and tracking
Review and execute client specific Standard Operating Procedures
Communicating with affiliate partners
Paid Search Compliance monitoring
Coupon code auditing and suppression
Invoicing number preparation
Position Duties:
Assist in onboarding new clients
Proactively oversee client Slack channels, responding or escalating to your Affiliate Manager when necessary
Complete Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and placement audits as needed
Complete audits of authorized and unauthorized use of promotional codes for programs your team manages
Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates on behalf of your clients; work with each partner to provide them with the items they need to be successful, responding in a timely fashion, educating them on our clients’ behalf and ensuring competent follow-up and follow through
Create recruitment lists to help grow and diversify each affiliate program you are supporting
Create activation lists and execute activation campaigns as guided by your Affiliate Management team
Gather data from the affiliate networks (and other tracking platforms) to create weekly and monthly reports; provide insight on performance based on a data-driven approach
Qualifications:
This is an entry-level position though 1-2 years of affiliate marketing experience or marketing experience in general is a plus
Strong analytical skills; applicants should be comfortable with compiling, analyzing, and reporting on data
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; knowledge of Outlook, Slack, and Google Workspace is a plus
Organizational and attention-to-detail skills are crucial to manage various tasks
Technical proficiency; applicants should be comfortable learning and using network platforms and tools, Google workspace and Microsoft Office tools, and project management tools
Proactive and self-starting attitude; applicant takes initiative and is adaptable in a fast-paced environment
The position is open to Idaho residents only, as we are an Idaho-based company
