Landscape and Construction Laborer $20/hr +BENEFITS+SIGNING BONUS
Opening available for immediate start August 2024. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual to join our company, WillBuilt. Come help us build and maintain landscapes for multi-family properties and some single family ones also. We expect to work year-round with winter months spent doing snow plowing, interior maintenance repair work and remodels.
SIGNING BONUS - $100 your first week, $200 after your 4th week, $300 after your 8th week.
No Experience required, but preferred, and if you have substantial experience relevant to the job, your pay will increase to reflect that. You must be willing to work hard and stay busy when working alone. We also appreciate your curiosity about how things work and an interest in taking on greater responsibilities. You will learn valuable skills and will have an opportunity for cross work with our multi-family new construction and maintenance. We are a small company and you will work directly with the owner and 2-3 others. Hours are flexible and in many instances, you may be working on your own, so must be disciplined and focused to get the work done.
Can be paid in cash per day during your first week, afterwards payroll is every other Friday.
Example of initial work:
Digging up and replacing 150 feet of sprinkler line, installing sprinkler heads, replacing Sod
Install new trees and shrubs as a current multi-family project gets completed. Install drip line.
1-2 days per week of mowing and lawn maintenance at other properties.
Construction related work other than landscape would include caulking trim, painting metal railings, building clean up.
Job Requirements:
Hardworking / energetic / reliable
Be okay with working outdoors, even in inclement weather
Must have access to reliable transportation
Must be able to follow instruction
Must be eager to learn
Must be dependable and punctual
Have reliable phone service
Paid Time Off of 1 week earned in 1st year, 2 weeks earned per subsequent year.
