A good driving record is a must! Must also have the ability to comfortably drive a work truck and utility trailer.
Looking for someone with a good understanding of basic power tools used for the job. Mowers, trimmers, edger, and blowers pretty basic. As long as you can drive, and operate a mower well We'll train you on the rest, if needed.
It's a fast paced job. You must have a willingness to work hard in what can sometimes be uncomfortable conditions. We're outside, it is what it is.
Perks include getting to listen to music all day and for the most part being left alone to just get done whatever it is we're working on.
I'm looking for someone who can train into the position of going out with another guy 3 days a week to cut grass. Other days would be on grounds keeping; raking, pruning, lots of string trimming and cleaning up yards.
Starting/training wage is $20 an hour, evaluation in 2 weeks, Plenty of opportunity to make a lot more with the right mindset. It's a small business, 3 man team. The other guy was stoked to have his position, until he crashed his mt. bike and broke his ankle.
