As a Recruiting Manager, you will be involved in TEAM Account Management and Recruitment. Some of your major responsibilities will include:
Full Cycle Recruiting where you will be growing your client and candidate relationships - Must enjoy using social media, including Linkedin and FB
Screen and interview applicants to provide the right opportunity for candidates and clients
Maintain strong customer service skills to provide top notch service to all customers daily
Experience we are looking for: Hospitality, Retail, HR or Sales focused around customer service
Strong background in customer service (can be in a variety of backgrounds including retail, hospitality, etc.)
Demonstrated previous leadership responsibilities in a customer service environment
Comfortable using a computer system and having phone conversations
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Proven track record of hitting key metrics in previous role
Salary & Benefits Offered:
Base Salary, Commission, Full benefits package including- Medical & Dental

No cap on Team Commissions - This is a big deal!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm & plenty of WORK FLEXIBILITY.
