Large CDA Outdoor Venue has immediate openings for 1 to 2 sous and prep chefs for near full and part-time Kitchen help.
Requirements:
1. Must be experienced.
2. Have a passion for food and learning.
3. Willing and able to take pressure and still hold composure and professional conduct.
4. Know how to work, as in a self starter and know how to hustle and is willing to think ahead.
5. Cares and understands quality comes first.
6. Know how not to be flakey and 'stick'.
7. Must commit to Season's event schedule.
8. Willing to work 2-4 days a week 8 to 14 hrs a day.
9. Can show up on-time every time.
10. Is clean of drugs of any kind. No pot, no drinking on the job.
11. Is presentable and looks clean and groomed.
12. Candidates may be offered additional F&B higher positions in addition to immediate duties work if they seem capable and are open to learning new roles.
Pay: $20 to $35/hr based on ability
