Position: Sous Chef

Employment type: Full time (34-40 hrs per week)

Compensation: Hourly wage + Tip Pool, Shift Meal & Drink, Paid Sick Days

Experience: Minimum 5 yrs kitchen experience with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.

Position: Bartender/Server

Employment type: 20-30hrs per week (3-4 shifts)

Compensation: Hourly wage + Tip Pool, 50% off Food/Drink, Paid Sick Days

Experience: Experience with Scratch Cocktail builds, knowledge of classic cocktails, dilution methods and building multiple drinks at once.

Position: Dishwasher

Employment type: part time (2-3 evening shifts, aprox. 10-16 hrs per week)

Compensation: Hourly wage + Tip Pool, Shift Meal & Drink, Paid Sick Days

Experience: Some experience is preferred but can train the right person. (High School students may apply)

We are a Modern American Gastropub on the South Hill. We are open for lunch and dinner. Our menu is entirely plant-based (100% vegan) and our bar specializes in craft cocktails. We are family-owned and operated!

You do not need to be vegan to work here, but you should respect others' dietary decisions. Although a lot of our clientele will likely be familiar with a plant-based diet and might identify as vegan or vegetarian, it is very important to us for people who are new to the idea and maybe just want to cut back on meat (or even people who were not expecting our menu to be vegan) to also feel welcome.

We are seeking to hire experienced, trustworthy, and positive individuals who take pride in their work.
