We are seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our service team, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Teamwork is the name of the game at G&R so being a team player as well as leading a team is of utmost importance. They will have previous experience in and display proficiency at the technicalities of working a fine dining restaurant while embodying a deep sense of hospitality for the guest and the team around them. They will drive revenue, ensure the quality of the guest experience, and manage FOH staff.
Qualifications
5 years experience in a fine dining restaurant
2+ years of experience in restaurant management.
Broad knowledge of food, wine and liquor
Attention to detail
Welcoming and outgoing personality
Strong knowledge of fine dining service, beverage programs and team leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead by example, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Experience with reservation systems and POS software (experience with [your POS system] is a plus).
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
