Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob DescriptionYou will be working on the receiving side and entering invoices into the system. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Your duties will include filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning. You will exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail. The role supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. You will also develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed is also essential.Responsibilities

Enter invoices into the system.

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.

Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.

Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and communication.

Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in administrative support and administration.

Strong data entry and clerical skills.

Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Knowledge of computer systems and Outlook.

Experience with invoicing.

Work EnvironmentThe work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
