Roen Associates is a construction cost estimating firm with offices in Seattle and Spokane. We’ve been in business for 36 years performing cost estimates, value engineering studies, constructability reviews and construction management services.
We’re searching for a construction cost estimator to join our team. Our work includes commercial and institutional projects such as K – 12 buildings, Higher Education facilities, Justice facilities, etc.
We are looking for a full-time employee (Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm) for our Spokane office. This is not a remote position. We offer a competitive wage based on experience and education.
Qualifications are:
5 years construction experience and technical training
Proficient with Bluebeam Revue and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good verbal and communication skills
Be organized and have good time-management skills
Construction Management/Higher Education B.S. preferred
