Local engineering firm is seeking to employ a construction inspector for various municipal construction jobs including water, streets, sidewalks, etc. in and around Spokane. Must have a minimum of 5 years of construction inspection experience and experience related to road, stormwater, and utility construction. Must be able to take notes and calculate quantities for payments, fill out daily field reports, make as-built notes on drawings, ensure conformity to plans and specifications, check and verify materials on the Record of Materials, and be onsite while the Contractor is working.
$30-35/hr. DOE to start plus $0.67/mile, additional pay for nighttime work. Position is Full/Part time, 40+ hours per week while jobs are in progress. Please respond with your resume to this email.
