Pay: $34-$47/hour DOE

Duties:
Prepare projections and analysis of accounting information.
Prepare internal financial statements monthly, quarterly and annually.
Evaluate and analyze internal controls.
Oversee and reconcile all accounting activities in AP, AR, Payroll, and the General Ledger.
Assist CPA firm with year-end activities for annual reviewed financials and tax returns.
Monthly Union Benefit Reporting
Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Payroll Reports (Federal and Multi-State)
Send and Record Annual Health Insurance and 401(k) Notifications
Review Weekly Certified Payroll
Monthly Sales/Use/Gross Receipts Tax Reports
Monthly Progress Billings and Lien Waivers
Review and Reconcile Bank Statements
Track and Renew all Business Licenses (Federal and Multi-State)
Prepare Audit Data for Insurance, Union Benefits, State Payroll Taxes, State Sales Taxes
Qualifications:
Accounting Degree with 5+ years Accounting Experience with a full understanding of the General Ledger
Experience with accounting software, Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience with Cost Accounting & Percentage of Completion Method
