POSITION: Inside Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: Vice President
POSITION SUMMARY:
Lautenbach Recycling seeks a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (lead generator) to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role involves initiating contact and cultivating relationships with potential clients to boost sales and generate fresh business prospects for a range of services across our companies, which include Hauling, Waste Removal, Demolition, Recycling, Drop-off Boxes, Storage Container Rentals, Composting, and DE Packaging of Food Products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively contact and engage leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote and sell the company's products and services.
Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities by effectively managing and nurturing leads.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to set appointments and provide comprehensive information to support the sales process.
Using our CRM system, maintain detailed reports of activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to enhance sales strategies and product knowledge.
Achieve and maintain high levels of both internal and external client satisfaction.
Ability to follow sales process, completing all necessary steps, and documentation requirements.
Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Acquisition of new customers
Number of weekly outbound calls
Number of appointments set for sales team members.
Overall sales production and revenue generated.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with leads and customers effectively.
Strong negotiation skills and persuasive selling abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge or experience in waste management, recycling, or related industries is a plus.
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field (marketing, sales, business, etc.) preferred OR
Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Competitive Pay: The pay range for this full-time Non-Exempt position is $26.44 to $28.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Location: This is a remote position. We are in Mount Vernon just north of Highway 20 in the beautiful Skagit Valley. The site is a fully operational Construction & Demolition recycling center which has frequent traffic, dust, and noise.
