Samish Bay Cheese has been making organic farmstead cheese in Bow, Washington since 1996. We have won numerous awards for our cheeses. In our successful retail shop we sell a substantial part of our farm produced cheese, yogurt, and meat along with other complementary products.
The Shop Manager will be the lead Cheesemonger as well as being responsible for the overall running of the shop and supervisor of retail shop employees. The job includes food preparation and quality control on the farm shop made products.
Candidates must be knowledgeable and passionate about cheese and organic food; have retail experience; be good at multi-tasking, working independently and working with others; be detail oriented; and have good organizational skills
This is a full time position, initially Thursdays to Mondays, with medical benefits and a competitive wage.
