Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Baker/Cook to join our kitchen team. This role involves baking our signature bagels, prepping sandwich ingredients, and executing service with precision and care. You’ll work early mornings and/or daytime shifts in a collaborative kitchen environment with high standards for consistency and quality.
Responsibilities:
Mix, shape, boil, and bake bagels to spec
Prepare breakfast/lunch items on our menu
Execute prep tasks like roasting, slicing, and mixing ingredients
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
Work efficiently during high-volume service
Communicate clearly and respectfully with the rest of the team
Qualifications:
Kitchen or baking experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for several hours
Positive attitude and high attention to detail
Self-motivated and dependable
