A professional, customer-centric and fast-paced Flooring Contractor. Looking for a Skilled Hardwood Floor Refinisher who can also Install Hardwood Floors including Engineered Floors as well as perform Wood Floor Repair.

LOOKING FOR:
- Licensed, Bonded, Insured Specialty Hardwood Contractor
- Understand this job depends on demand and can vary
- 3 years or more experience with Hardwood Refinishing and Wood Floor Installation, including repair work.
- Reliable, Punctual, Ambitious Subcontractor
- Able to take Direction (Read/follow work orders), Good at Time Management, Team Oriented, communicates well with Our Company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as an extension of the company
- Sand and Refinish both existing or NEW Wood Floors
- Install and/or Repair Wood Floors
- We are Non-Alcohol, Non-Vape, No-Smoking
- Follow direction laid out on Work Orders
- Communicate Effectively with Lead Installer, Owner, & Office
- Knowledge of tools of the trade
- Cut, glue and nail flooring to the floor using hand tools.
- Maintain Clean Worksite
- Safely load and transport materials using vehicles, Hand Trucks, or forklifts
NORMAL DAY:
- Arrive to jobsites at a prescribe time typically 8 - 8:30am
- Sometimes you may stop by the shop for picking up materials and need to arrive as early as possible (6:45am, to be on the Road by 7:00am
- Unless otherwise finish day by 4:30pm
- Maintain a Professional attitude with clients and peers
Flooring Refinisher will be working in conjunction with the Lead Installer to install Hardwood, as well as refinish both NEW and Existing Wood Floors. Bonus if you can install Vinyl or other types of flooring using a variety of techniques. The individual in this position will also maintain a safe working environment.
AVAILABILITY:
- On Call (Varies depending on Demand)
- 4 - 8 hour or more shift (Depends on Job)
- Monday thru Friday
- Occasional Weekend availability (You will be asked in advance)
- Day Shift (REQUIRED)
- Work Location: On the road
EXPERIENCE:
- Customer service: 5 years (Required)
- Sand & Refinishing Hardwood: 3 years (Required)
- Flooring installation: 2 years (Required)
- Construction: 5 years (Required)

EDUCATION:
- High School or Equivalent (Preferred)
