Job Description
A Advanced Septic and Construction Services is adding a Septic System Master Installer with a valid CDL. A Master Installer is certified in King County for on-site sewage/septic system competency. Our Master Installer will also have a valid Pierce County Septic License. Candidates must be well-established and knowledgeable in all aspects of the job and be familiar with Install Processes and Regulations in King, Pierce, Kitsap, and Thurston Counties.

Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
Knowledgeable in Pierce, King, Kitsap, and Thurston County codes, by-laws, rules & regulations
Competent in duties from reading septic designs to calculating/shooting grade, trenching, installing tanks/pipes/drain fields, and completing backfill
Operate all types of heavy equipment with a strong emphasis on experience operating excavators and skid steers
Able to direct daily work activities of the crew to meet safety & production goals
Able to monitor budgets and workmanship
Able to schedule, track, and coordinate resources: labor, equipment, and materials
Able to collaborate with estimators, project managers, and contractors
Proficient in blueprint reading, comprehension, & execution
Ability to track & log daily activities
Requirements
1+ years experience in septic system installation
1+ years experience operating heavy equipment (i.e., Mini Kubota)
Must pass a practical exam if offered an interview
CDL A (training options for the right candidate)
Valid WA state Driver License
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
23+ years of age (Insurability requirement)
Pass pre-employment DOT drug screen
Pass background check
Preferred Qualifications
King County Associated Installer Certificate (required to obtain after employment - pay may differ from below if the applicant does not have a current certificate)
King County Master Installer Certificate (required to obtain after employment - pay may differ from below if the applicant does not have a current certificate)
Pierce County License for Septic (required to obtain after employment - pay may differ from below if the applicant does not have a current certificate)
