Do you have these remodeling talents and experience?
Minimum fifteen years’ experience in residential remodeling including successfully estimating and managing projects valued at $50,000-$750,000 each
Ability to accurately estimate remodel projects using both excel and estimating software
Ability to track and manage multiple projects with a high attention to detail
Accurate time forecasting and scheduling across all phases of construction
Strong interest and/or education in the arts, architecture, carpentry, and/or sustainability
Emotionally intelligent, mature, collaborative
Great at setting and managing expectations
Ability to accurately interpret residential building plans and specifications
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.)
Effectively communicating with clients, subcontractors, building officials and team members in English
Valid Washington State Driver’s License
Reliable work vehicle with insurance
In collaboration with the team, as Production Manager/Estimator you will plan, estimate, and manage each project through design, contracts and construction including:
Managing a team of professional and motivated field carpenters and superintendents
Collaboratively supporting clients and team members via site visits, mentoring, troubleshooting, etc.
Preparing preliminary, revised and final project budgets
Preparing project specifications and schedules
Reviewing scope of work with staff and subcontractors
Verifying pricing, ordering products and materials, and coordinating deliveries
Coordinating and inspecting each phase of a project
Preparing and presenting customer change orders and ensuring completion of said work
Preparing and updating multiple overlapping project schedules simultaneously
Ensuring each project is completed on time and on budget
Maintaining an exceptional level of quality and professional customer service
Delivering every customer an exceptionally built and managed project on time and on budget

Typical projects include detached accessory dwellings, residential additions, kitchen, basement and bathroom remodels.
