We run a Property Management and Real Estate Development company doing business since 1979.
We are looking for someone to do our rental property maintenance. Some overlap could occur between Property Maintenance and the Construction side.
We manage/own business rentals, warehouses, rental homes, apartments and storage units throughout Snohomish County. Must have skills in Maintenance. This includes rental turns, work orders, minor landscape, appliance troubleshooting, etc. Skills required in those areas.
Must have a clean criminal record as you will be in occupied rental units.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must be reliable. We have low tolerance for late arrivals and continuous call outs.
Mileage paid when applicable.
Must have a working cell phone. You will receive a phone credit. We use Appfolio portal for work orders.
MUST BE available for after-hours emergency calls. Paid at a higher rate. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. You have to be available, within reason. If you take a lot of trips, shut your phone off after work, are gone every weekend or are unavailable in the evenings, this position is not a good fit.
All rentals are in Snohomish County, mostly in Lake Stevens, Granite Falls, Marysville, Everett and Snohomish.
Pay Range $60,000+ annually, depending on experience. This is negotiable if you have long term experience in property maintenance.
