Mercer Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end residential construction projects. You’ll oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your role will involve ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all phases of high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction to final delivery.
-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
-Create and manage ROM estimates, detailed estimates, and value engineering to optimize project costs.
-Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
-Monitor project progress and resolve any issues to ensure projects remain on track.
-Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the project.
-Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
-5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction project management.
-Expertise in ROM, detailed estimating, and value engineering techniques.
-Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
