We are Cascade Commercial Services LLC. We are a small company that is looking to hire a new maintenance technician. Please don't let our lack of online presents fool you, we have an amazing list of brand name customer which leaves us with no need to advertise. We service a variety of banks and retail locations. We are based out of mount vernon but service customers throughout western washington.
We offer a very flexible work schedule, you can choose to work 4-5 day work weeks with optional on call after hours work. Overtime offered to those who want it. Starting time is generally 7am but can vary based off of daily work load.
Job Description:
-Perform a large variety of maintenance tasks for our customers. Everything from light plumbing, drywall, light electrical, lighting, painting, general maintenance.
-Once you are trained, you will be out on your own in a company van completing the daily work orders, all with different scopes of work.
-Tracking time and material cost associated with each work order
- use all software to upload necessary sign-offs and photos
To give you an idea of what we do each day, here are some examples.
Yesterday we spent 5 hours at a job converting the parking lot lights to LED from metal halide, replaced drivers in drive through lighting then drove to a different site and changed some toilet flush valves.
The day before we were removing an overhead door and installing a sliding barn door.
The day before we were installing reinforcements for an upcoming hvac install
Today we are removing a wall at a local retailer and installing new emergency exit lights.
If you enjoy working by yourself, are motivated and a self started this job is for you.
Each day is something new and most days require lots of driving.
Job requirements:
Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license
Must be skilled with you hands, prefer some construction related experience
Must be well spoken and clean cut.
Must be able to use an iphone
Must be honest and trustworthy
Must be able to pass a drug test. No marijuana use is permitted due to the responsibility of driving a company vehicle
No sex offenses on background
Compensation:
Starting pay of $25-$30 per hour with a top pay for the position of $35 per hour.
