Army Mechanics is currently hiring for a part-time Mobile Technician position. If you have experience with oil changes, brake pad replacements, and installing tires (especially those that are already mounted and balanced), we want to hear from you! Here are the details:
Job Description:
Perform oil changes, brake services, and tire installations on vehicles.
Service Amazon Fleets in the Puyallup and Tacoma areas.
Work with a mobile work van provided by us.
Training will be provided.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour for service hours.
Expect 2 to 3 hours of preparation time.
Services are typically performed between 7:30 PM and 12 midnight.
Flexible workdays (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based on workload.
Occasional Saturday work may be required.
Anticipated weekly earnings: $400 to $900.
Requirements:
Able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week from 7:30 PM to 12 midnight.
Comfortable with bi-weekly pay.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willing to undergo at least 5 nights of paid training at $20 per hour.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Willing to pick up the work vehicle in Spanaway.
Able to stock the van and perform van prep (including draining oil, mounting, and balancing tires) before each shift.
Familiarity with iPhone usage.
Comfortable driving a 16-foot box truck.
