OVERVIEW:
Limit Out Performance Marine is expanding their new Spokane Valley location. We are seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team. As a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the maintenance and repair of marine vessels. We are Suzuki, Mercury and Yamaha certified. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the marine industry.
DUTIES:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine vessels, including outboard motors, electrical systems, and other mechanical components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Assemble, install, and test new equipment or parts as needed
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or area in need of repair
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any concerns related to vessel maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or repairs
SKILLS:
- Ability to assemble, install, and test new equipment or parts accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all repairs are completed accurately
- Knowledge of marine systems, including outboard motors, electrical systems, and other mechanical components
- Previous experience as a mechanic or technician in the marine industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members
Must have full set of own tools
COMPENSATION:
- Based on experience and consists of medical benefits in addition to paid time off.

SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week/8-hour shifts
