Candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of residential property maintenance tasks. We are seeking an individual that can work independently displaying a wide array of skills and abilities. Tasks involve plumbing and light electrical repair, sheet-rock and texturing, interior and exterior painting, exterior siding instillation, window instillation, interior door and trim work, cabinetry installation, roof and gutter cleaning, and landscaping (mow, trim, edge and blow). Duties will include all maintenance required from foundation to roof for a residential dwelling unit. Candidate does not need to be proficient in all the above categories, although should be proficient is some.
Personal tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
We have a wide variety of rental properties located in the Greater Tumwater, Centralia, Rochester, and Olympia area.

7:30- 4:00
Full time (40 hours per week)
