Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager/Lead Installer to lead our installation projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Supervise and lead installation teams, providing guidance and support.
Conduct site assessments and develop project plans and timelines.
Procure materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during installation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HVAC installation and project management.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid drivers license
