We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HVAC Cleaning, Soft Wash, and Pressure Washing cleaning individual.
As part of our maintenance crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, efficiency, and safety of our customers HVAC systems, outdoor surfaces, and building exteriors.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of HVAC systems, including air ducts, filters, coils, and vents.
Conduct pressure washing for exterior surfaces, such as sidewalks, driveways, and building walls.
Utilize soft washing techniques for delicate surfaces, including roofs, siding, and windows.
Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC equipment for any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction.
Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of HVAC units.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating pressure washing and soft washing equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in HVAC cleaning, pressure washing, or soft washing is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Physical Stamina: This role involves physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and operating heavy equipment.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dirt, debris, and potential HVAC system issues.
Reliability: Punctuality and commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
Ability to work with customers - explain and answer questions as needed.
