Qualifications:
Customer service Skills
2 years of experience a plus
Must be able to pass a background check
Valid Driver’s License with good driving history
Computer literacy
Clear communication skills both written and verbally
Technology skills
Work with minimal supervision
Have empathy and be an effective listener
Great work ethic
Have patience, ability to take initiative, and also a positive attitude
Flexible to season demands
Punctuality
Responsibilities:
Run diagnostics on residential HVAC equipment and completing repairs as needed
Providing exceptional customer service at each appointment
Provide customers with multiple options, advising of proactive repairs as well as the benefits of our service agreements
Prepare multiple estimates accurately.
Communicate with office and warehouse effectively.
Enjoy talking on phones and with customers in person
Maintain effective working relationships with others.
Properly document each visit and complete required forms
Willing and able to work rotating on call schedule that may include nights and weekends
