Looking for competent foremen with proven success in Seattle and east side residential and commercial excavation. I will be checking references and will know if you are full of it right away.
Must be able to read plans. Must be able to establish grade with a laser. Must be able to supervise crews installing sewer, water, storm, power. Must be able to dig out and load trucks while managing a crew. Must be comfortable working in the road. Most of all, must be safety oriented and able to produce a good end result safely. Must work well with inspectors.
