Benjamin Asphalt, Inc. is looking for a asphalt paving RAKER. We are located in Carnation, WA. We provide service to residential and commercial businesses throughout the Puget Sound area, and beyond. Looking to hire a laborer with a strong work ethic and that is dependable. Pre-employment drug testing required as well as on-going, random drug tests done. This is a drug and alcohol-free company. Must have own reliable transportation.
Experience is desirable, but not necessary.

Must be able to work as a team. Ability to work evenings, or weekends depending on customer demands. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how to use their hands, and has a strong desire to learn how to operate. Experience is a big plus, but not necessary. Dependable and able to work flexible hours, including overtime. Using hand tamp, plate compactors, backhoes, mini, rollers, etc. Class A CDL a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Valid driver's license. Clean MVR. Class A CDL a plus
