Description
ServiceMaster of Seattle is a Disaster Restoration Company serving Washington State and beyond. We mitigate and restore properties damaged by floods, fires, windstorms, freezes, etc. We have been in business since 1984 and are a National Award-winning company based in Woodinville WA.
We are seeking an energetic Construction Estimator to join our rapidly growing team. The construction estimator is responsible for writing reconstruction estimates and working with insurance companies and customers to restore homes in our community. Not only does this position offer a comfortable salary but it also offers uncapped bonus potential.
Overall Responsibilities Duties:
Meeting with homeowners and business owners to scope the project
Developing a detailed estimate for reconstruction
Working with insurance adjusters and customers to gain approval on reconstruction scope
Customer Service duties, including problem resolution.
Working with the overall construction team to expedite reconstruction projects
Following written production procedures.
COMPENSATION
This position offers a base salary range $60-75K depending on experience. This position offers uncapped bonus opportunities. Last year our top earner bonused $12,000.

Requirements:
Multifaceted (home building and remodeling experience)
Proficient in Xactimate (not required but ideal)
Leadership
Good communication / customer service
Competent with technology
Team Player
Strong sense of urgency
Valid Washington Driver’s License/Clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Vacation –
1st year = 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days)
2nd- 4th year= 2 weeks
