Fountainhead Northwest LLC, a commercial office development and property management firm is offering a full-time Carpenter position with a growing company. This is an exciting opportunity to add your talents, knowledge, and organizational skills to a dynamic team.
Job Summary:
Be involved in many tasks working closely with construction staff, management, vendors, and tenants, while utilizing skills to develop unique solutions and installations for existing buildings, office tenant improvements, and new construction.
Based in Kent, work 5am – 1:30pm Monday – Friday at the same office campus in multiple office buildings. We need a good, reliable, honest, and hard-working team player interested in performing the following:
Demolition and construction tasks associated with office tenant improvements including, but not limited to, metal stud framing, drywall, painting, insulation, minor ceiling grid work, acoustic tile, millwork installation, door and window framing and hardware, minor carpet tile, etc.
Due to the professional office environment, all team members must be punctual and presentable with proof of U.S. citizenship (birth certificate or passport) to occasionally work within security sensitive areas.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Must have 2+ years of miscellaneous carpentry experience
Have a willingness to learn and grow
Positive attitude - self-starter and motivated
Have reliable transportation for yourself to the jobsite - valid WA state driver's license
Ability to read and understand plans
Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Personal hand tools are required, however, misc. power tools, etc. will be provided as necessary for use while on site. Pay will be determined by skills and experience.
