Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced tradesman for a blind and shade installation position in and around the Bremerton, Kitsap area. The ideal candidate will preferably have blind/shade installation experience. We are looking for someone who needs minimal training to perform the job proficiently and is ready to get started.
Responsibilities:
- Install blinds and shades into wood, block, and metal
- Climb a ladder up to 17'
- Utilize a battery operated drill
- Efficient time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Clean professional appearance (collared shirt)
- Clean driving record; own a truck, with full insurance coverage
- Haul away all trash and old blinds
Experience:
- Experience in Blind/shade Installation, Construction preferred
- Proficiency in using a tape measure
- Track record of problem solving abilities
- History of working independently without direct supervision
Pay is based on work completed each day. $200-$500 per day. Paid weekly (after 2 full weeks of work) 1099 or W-2 position, Background Check required.
