Location: Hybrid – Greater Seattle / Puget Sound (King, Snohomish, Pierce Counties; subject to change). Regular local customer visits required. This role is not fully remote.
Engagement: 3-month contract, converting into full-time based on performance.

What We’re Building
We’re developing AI-driven tools that help local home-service SMBs respond to inbound customer requests and nurture repeat relationships—without adding heavy overhead.
What You’ll Do
Target & prioritize accounts: Build and work a list of mid-sized local SMBs (roughly 5–30 field staff) across the Puget Sound region.
Hybrid outreach: In-person drop-bys, call blocks, short text/email follow-ups, and presence at local industry meetups.
Discovery: Quantify response delays, scheduling friction, and repeat-business goals with owners or ops leads.
Demo & evaluation offer: Show how our AI-driven tools capture inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled work; position a time-boxed evaluation program (details under NDA).
Evaluation launch coordination: Partner with founders/solutions lead to connect communication channels (phone, form, chat—varies by customer) and tune intake prompts.
Value proof & close: Track usage (interactions handled, bookings created, admin time saved). Build a clear ROI story and convert to subscription.
Pipeline hygiene: Maintain accurate stages, notes, and weekly forecasts in CRM.
Feedback loop: Capture recurring product requests by business size and service type; deliver structured insights to product.
You’ll Thrive If You Have
3+ years quota-carrying SMB / mid-market field or inside sales (software, tech-enabled services, or B2B tools).
Experience selling to owner-led local service businesses (home services or comparable SMB categories).
Comfortable earning trust in short, outcome-driven conversations—sometimes on job sites or in busy shops.
Strong phone / virtual demo skills and crisp follow-up writing.
Comfortable turning simple activity data into ROI math during closing.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Puget Sound (frequency varies).
Nice to Have
Familiarity with field service, scheduling, dispatch, or CRM tools (any vendor).
Experience selling AI, automation, customer response, or booking solutions.
Existing relationships in Seattle-area contractors or local business associations.
Prior startup or contract-to-hire experience; energized by early startup environments.
