Operating from a state-of-the-art facility located in Auburn, WA, our experienced leadership team drives innovation and growth.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Managerto join our sales team and oversee end-to-end project execution. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless coordination between management, sales, and customers, driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables while managing cross-functional teams.
Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams and clients, fostering strong relationships.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a sales or customer-focused environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with SharePoint and Monday.com is a plus
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independantly and collaborativelyin anevolving business landscape.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $75K-$85K annually, based on experience.
