Prior experience in sales as a TOP performer or finance manager with proven numbers.
Basic responsibilities -Be familiar with credit unions -Be familiar with banks -Be able to close car deals -Be able to train new sales people -Be able to line, close, or desk to make a car deal on Sales managers days off.
Required Work Experience -Minimum 2 years retail experience preferably as a Desk/finance manager or TOP performer in sales. Because we attract all customer types, an understanding of subprime and prime lending and deal structures is a must.
Great customer service skills as well as strong performance a must.
We have a great group of people and great inventory.
We service what we sell! We have a full shop for recon and retail service.
