HomeWell Care Services of Seattle is looking for a Care Manager/Community Relations Coordinator!
Primary Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm with occasional evenings/weekends
HomeWell is an in-home care provider (primarily for seniors) looking for a unique individual to manage the company’s client relations and marketing efforts with the goal of educating our local communities and the general public about our services. You will need to have an engaging personality that can stand out from the crowd in your ability to build strong relationships, trust and communicate the company’s services effectively.
The role is both Care Management and Marketing, which involves meeting with families and health care professionals. You will need to be able to assess care needs, develop plans of care and maintain records for our clients. Additionally, you will also market to local community professionals which will include Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals, Independent Living Facilities, etc. and keeping up relationships with existing partnerships. Some fun projects will include vender fairs, marketing events and producing sponsorship opportunities.
