Excellent opportunity available for the right individual to become our in-house security person for multiple privately owned commercial buildings, located in downtown Tacoma. Most are within walking distance of each other. No previous security experience is required.
Requirements include:
Good communication and people skills
Common sense
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Clean driving record
Clean background check

Daily duties include:
- Several laps around all of the properties to patrol the parking facilities in the company security vehicle.
- Monitoring the exterior grounds of the buildings and providing a presence onsite. (No patrols inside the buildings unless directly given a request to check out a security issue or a walk-out is requested.)
- Some interaction with our tenants is expected so the ability to positively represent yourself and our company to them is a non-negotiable.
- Occasional interactions with campers and loiterers etc, to remind them they are on private property and move them along.
Weekly schedule will be Monday - Friday, 9:30-5:30 with 1hour lunch.
