Job Description:

Baron Investigations is a small security company moving out to the Seattle area. We've been around for 30+ years, mainly working on the east coast and excited to expand our business to the West. We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard to join our team in Seattle, WA. As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their premises, and their employees. This position requires a proactive individual who is observant, well-organized, and capable of handling various situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned premises to ensure safety and security.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, or safety hazards.

Respond to alarms and incidents as necessary, providing assistance and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.

Assist in the enforcement of property rules and regulations.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, approachable demeanor.

Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.

Perform regular inspections of property to identify potential security threats.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous security experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to observe and report accurately.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Must have or be able to obtain a valid Washington State Security Guard License.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Must have reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

CPR/First Aid certification.

Experience with security equipment (e.g., surveillance cameras, alarm systems).
